Luxury India Private Tours is a unit of Ramji Tours Private Limited, operating from 425, 4th Floor, JTM Mall, Jagatpura, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302017, India.

Our registered legal address is 2350 N University Dr #848941, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024, United States. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Luxury India Private Tours; “you” refers to the person enquiring about or booking a tour with us.

You can reach us through the enquiry form on this website, by phone, or by email. An enquiry isn’t a confirmed booking — we’ll respond with a proposed itinerary and pricing, and a booking is only confirmed once you’ve accepted the itinerary and paid the booking deposit described below.

This website doesn’t currently process online payments. Once you confirm a booking, we’ll arrange payment directly with you by the methods listed in Section 4.

Prices are quoted per person and are based on the itinerary, travel dates, and group size agreed at the time of your enquiry. Prices remain subject to change until we’ve received your full payment — this can happen if hotel rates, flight fares, or exchange rates move between your enquiry and your booking. We’ll always confirm final pricing with you before your balance is due.

A booking deposit of 50% of the total tour cost secures your reservation. The remaining balance is collected during the tour itself, unless we’ve agreed otherwise with you in writing.

We accept payment by:

• Credit or debit card
• Bank transfer
• Cheque

Cancellation windows, refund amounts, and rescheduling terms are covered in full in our Return & Refund Policy — the same policy applies to every booking, so we keep it in one place rather than repeating it here.

As a traveler booking with us, you’re responsible for:

• Holding a valid passport (and visa, where required) for the full duration of your trip
• Making sure you’re fit to take part in the activities included in your itinerary
• Arranging comprehensive travel insurance before you travel — we require this for every booking, and we strongly recommend cover that includes trip cancellation, medical treatment, and repatriation
• Giving us accurate information about your group (names, ages, and any relevant medical or dietary needs) in good time before departure

We take care in selecting the hotels, drivers, guides, and other partners who help deliver your trip. That said, we aren’t liable for personal injury, illness, or loss of or damage to luggage or personal belongings, except where this results directly from our own negligence.

We also aren’t liable for cancellations, delays, or itinerary changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control — force majeure events such as extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government action. This is exactly why comprehensive travel insurance matters (Section 6).

Occasionally a hotel, activity, or route in your confirmed itinerary becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control. When that happens, we’ll substitute a comparable alternative and let you know as early as we can — we won’t downgrade your trip without telling you.

The text, photography, and design on this website belong to Luxury India Private Tours (or are used under license) and are provided to help you plan and book a trip with us. Please don’t reproduce or reuse them elsewhere without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We may update these terms from time to time — for example, to reflect a change in how we take payment or a change in the law. Updates take effect as soon as we publish them on this page, so please check back before booking if it’s been a while since your last visit.
