When you submit an enquiry through this website — the contact form, or the trip-planning form on our homepage or a destination/package page — we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your travel plans: destination, preferred start date, number of nights, and group size (adults, children, infants)
• Your approximate budget, if you share one
• Any message or preferences you add, plus which page you enquired from

If your enquiry becomes a confirmed booking, we’ll separately collect what we need to actually run your trip — things like passport details and payment information. We do this directly with you, by phone or email, not through this website — this site doesn’t currently take online payments or store account credentials.

We use the information above to:

• Respond to your enquiry and answer your questions
• Design and refine a private itinerary around your dates, group, and budget
• Coordinate your trip with hotels, drivers, guides, and other travel partners once you book
• Send you booking confirmations and trip-related updates
• Improve the trips and service we offer

We don’t use your information for anything beyond planning and delivering your trip and responding to you — we’re not in the business of selling data.

We share only what’s needed to run your trip, with:

• The hotels, drivers, guides, and other travel service providers involved in your itinerary
• Payment processors, if and when we take payment from you directly
• Government or immigration authorities, where required by law for your travel
• Law enforcement, if we’re legally required to

We never sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

This website doesn’t currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics tools in the future — to understand which pages are useful, for example — we’ll update this section to say exactly what’s in use and how to opt out.

We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as we’re actively helping plan or deliver your trip, and afterward for as long as we reasonably need to for our own business records and legal obligations. If you’d like us to delete information we’re not required to keep, contact us and we will.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct anything that’s inaccurate or out of date
• Delete your information, where we’re not required to keep it
• Opt out of any marketing communications from us

To do any of this, contact us using the details in Section 9.

We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we add a new feature that collects information differently. Updates take effect as soon as we publish them on this page.
